You have questions? We have answers.

Our candidates have asked us great questions, every day, for over 20 years. We’ve collected the ones we hear most often to help you out.

It can happen fast! The jobs we're placing change daily. To get started, you'll need to complete the Extension application process. Once that's done, we'll help you navigate and secure job offers based on your preferences and skills.

It's simple. To get started, submit your resume. Next, you'll interview with an Extension recruiter. Depending on your location, you will either do the interview via phone, facetime, video or in-person. Together, you'll discuss your skills and work experience, as well as your goals for your next position. Our goal with this interview is to get to know you, get on the same page with those career goals and prepare our recruiter to talk to the Midwest's best companies about you.

For some roles, including administrative and professional positions, you'll wrap up the interview and roll into some online skills testing. Time is of the essence so, please complete these tests as soon as possible so we can find you the right job.
Your Extension recruiter will be your single point of contact for finding the right job for you. That recruiter is great at what they do, and will keep you up to date, every step of the way. You'll be first to know when we have a job for you. To that end, you're always encouraged to stay in touch with your recruiter, feel welcomed to ask questions and confident you'll get answers.
Yes. Not every job is going to be the right fit. It might not meet your expectations or match your goals in one way or another. We're in the business of identifying the perfect role for you. . If you don't think a job is right, decline it. Extension will continue to seek and offer positions for you based on your skills and preferences, and keep in mind why that role wasn't quite right. It is always our goal to put you in a position to receive an offer (sometimes from multiple companies), however, if it’s not the right fit that is okay.

Not every job is the right fit. We realize that. Sometimes, you don't know until you're hands-on and in the thick of it.

If this happens to you, contact your Extension recruiter immediately. The faster you contact your recruiter, the faster they can address the situation. You may be asked to stay on assignment long enough for your recruiter to find a replacement.

We will, however, make every effort to fix the situation as fast as possible. Communication is key here. Expect open communication from us; we'll expect the same from you. It'll keep us all on the same page and prepared for success at every turn.

Nothing. $0. Nothing at all.

Whether you don't see what you're looking for or are on assignment thinking about what comes next, the most important thing for you to do is stay in touch with your Extension recruiter. They're great at understanding your skill set and career goals, and keep an eye out for great matches in your future. When your recruiter sees the perfect job for you, you'll be first to know.
