Tyler is a recruiter on the team at Extension. He is passionate about finding roles for his candidates in the areas of engineering, operations, and skilled trades in Southeastern, WI and beyond!

What else you should know about Tyler Kozlowski:

  • When he was 5 years old, he dreamed of growing up to be a sportscaster. He went into marketing and communications for that reason, which turned into HR, which led him to recruiting.
  • His favorite tradition is the annual vacations his family takes. It started off as an annual Disney trip, but that has evolved to trips all over the world including California, Hawaii, Italy, Mexico and Scotland! s.
  • He wants to be remembered as someone people can rely on, which is what drew him to recruiting. The relationships he builds are designed for people to come back when they need help, and we rely on people for our roles as well. Building trust and strong relationships is extremely important to my legacy.
