The Best Places to Work Awards were decided by polling internal employees on how favorably their company ranked in core areas such as personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness, and job satisfaction. Milwaukee Business Journal then selected the winners based on the highest score in each category. In August, Extension will be in attendance as Milwaukee Business Journal will announce the rank of the 15 winners.<\/p>\n
