Extension, Inc.<\/a>, a leading staffing agency announced today that they have been named as one of 2023\u2019s Best Places to Work by the Milwaukee Business Journal, one of just 15 companies awarded in the Small category out of about 130 total nominations! According to Milwaukee Business Journal, \u201cRegardless of size, all participating companies needed to have a large percentage of employees complete an online survey prepared and managed by our program partner, Quantum Workplace.\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cExtension\u2019s culture is unmatched, everyone cheers for everyone and regardless of the teams within, we all support each other and help each other out as needed. The Best Places to Work Awards were decided by polling internal employees on how favorably their company ranked in core areas such as personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness, and job satisfaction. Milwaukee Business Journal then selected the winners based on the highest score in each category. In August, Extension will be in attendance as Milwaukee Business Journal will announce the rank of the 15 winners in each category.<\/p>\n
