What else you should know about Matt:

  • The best piece of advice he’s ever been given is, don’t spend the rest of your life worrying about the things you can’t control. Control what you can and spend the rest of your time with the people that mean the most to you and enjoy the small things in life.
  • When he was five, he was pretty sure he would grow up to be a member of the Ghostbusters.
  • His favorite family traditions are a close tie between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Decorating the Christmas tree with my wife and kids while listening to Christmas music is right up there along with going to my parents on Thanksgiving. We spend time with my mom and dad for Whitetail Season, and I do my very best to steal as much of mom's desert as possible.
