Rebecca has been in Extension’s accounting department for over 10 years and heads in to work every day looking for a new adventure or challenge. She strives to contribute to Extension in any way she can and enjoys learning new things along the way.

This is Rebecca’s favorite Core Value because: “I think this Core Value represents what everyone should do in life and work. It’s so important to continuously push yourself and learn new things. No matter who you are or what you do, being humble will keep you open-minded to others’ ideas and guidance.”  

What else you should know about Rebecca Buchman:

• The best advice she’s ever been given was: “Don’t sweat the small stuff, and remember… it’s all small stuff.” We can confirm that Rebecca is always cool as a cucumber!
• When Rebecca was five, she wanted to be a veterinarian!
• She stands by the motto “it is what it is” however, likes to finish that with “but it will be what you make it”.
