This is Tony's favorite core value because: “In order to be good and successful you need to first enjoy what you do. Once you start taking joy in the things you do, life becomes a lot easier, and it becomes so much more fun.”  

What else you should know about Tony Chang:

  • The best advice Tony has ever received is, “Be better today than your yesterday self.” He loves this advice because he is always competing with himself and it gives him a sense of determination and resilience. 
  • When Tony was five was he wanted to be an actor – and play James Bond!  
  • Tony’s favorite family tradition is celebrating Christmas with his family.  His entire family spends the day at his dad’s house opening presents, watching movies, and playing board games. 
  • He wants to be remembered as someone who made life easier for others and someone that could be counted on in difficult situations.
