Audit Manager

Extension is seeking an Audit Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Little Chute, WI.
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead team and participate in the planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit engagement
• Preparation of company tax returns
• Work with audit partner in a value-add audit process to improve the accounting and operations of clients
• Special projects, including review of cost systems and other operational systems to improve client operations
• Lead team and participate in due diligence reviews of acquisitions
• Lead team and participate in the preparation of a confidential information memorandum and data room on the sale of companies
• Preparation of financial statements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar field required
• CPA license preferred
• 5+ years in auditing and financial management
• Looking for someone who wants to and can become partner in a few years

Salary Information:

• Up to $200K + bonus, based on experience.
