Extension, Inc. Announces Executive Leadership Team Additions
Extension, Inc., a Milwaukee-based, home-grown staffing firm announces the addition of two of its team members to the Extension Leadership Team. Chris Lane steps into the position of Chief Sales Officer and Kacy Oberg is promoted to the role of Director of Delivery - Professional Services.
Chris Lane joined the team in August of 2022 with over 10 years of industry experience and a major passion for sales. Chris’s approach to all things and all teammates is crystal clear and supportive. He has helped Team Extension expand in their development of enterprise accounts and local account strategies, solidifying relationships in our market and beyond, and helping to develop the sales side of our career paths. Chris is an expert with his eyes consistently on growth and scale and Team Extension is excited to see where Chris leads us in 2023 and beyond.
Kacy Oberg steps into the role of Director of Delivery - Professional Services. Kacy joined the team in 2017 as a Recruiter in the Professional Administrative Practice Area. Her focus and drive have earned her multiple promotions and leadership responsibilities throughout her tenure. Most recently, Kacy led our Professional Administrative Practice Area as the Delivery Manager. Her new position as Director of Delivery will lead our delivery teams in the Professional Services areas of the business, encompassing both the Professional Administrative and Accounting & Finance Practice Areas. She will take on all recruiting initiatives, training, goal management, and delivery strategies for both practice areas. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she will work to strategize and advise on what is next for the business. Kacy is a born leader, and we can’t wait to see her future accomplishments moving forward.
These additions to the ELT this past year are big, exciting news for Extension. As continue to grow with a strong Leadership Team and our usual hunger and ambition to change lives every day, Extension is excited for the future.
