Extension is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a contract opportunity with one of our clients located in Racine, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruiting to manage a load of 20-25 open reqs for a multitude of positions i.e., corporate and/or technical (engineering, design, continuous improvement).
  • Handling sourcing/recruiting, phone screens, interviews, offer stage/negotiations, and onboarding. 
  • Organize kick off meetings with hiring managers to ensure finding the right profiles. 
  • Working heavily in ATS (Success Factors) as well as job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. 
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years full cycle recruiter experience required.
  • Familiar with Success Factors ATS system preferred.
  • Someone who's familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and sourcing heavily. 
  • Manufacturing experience would be nice.
Salary Information
  • $23 - $25/hour
