Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract to Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Cudahy, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Field parts requests and process parts sales orders
  • Provide parts and lead time quotes for customers
  • Process orders
  • Maintain margins for parts pricing & sales margins
  • Coordinate with shipping & receiving to ensure orders are shipped to customer
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with EPICOR or similar programs
  • Shipping & Receiving logistics experience
  • Order processing experience

  • $22-24
