Competitive compensation Half Day Fridays Excellent tenure Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Take inbound calls, coordinate services and manage the quipment repair process Evaluate and research euipmqnt and maintenance contract offerings Evaluate equipment maintenance records and negotiate with clients Demonstrate effective phone skills when dealing with internal and external customers Desired Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required, Associates Degree preferred 3+ years of knowledge of computers, lab, or medical equipment Equipment contracting or purchasing experience Equipment repair/maintenance knowledge a plus Salary Information
