Talent & Development Manager

Extension is seeking a Talent & Development Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Jefferson, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for aligning business objectives with management and employees of assigned plant 
• Ensure employees are aware of organizational plans/goals and enforces company culture.
• Consults daily with plant management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to plant management to include coaching, counseling, career development, and/or disciplinary actions when needed. 

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of HR experience
• Bilingual - must read/write/speak English and Spanish
• Experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
• SHRM and manufacturing industry experience preferred
• HRIS and ADP knowledge preferred

Salary Information

• Starting salary: $80,000
