Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities:
- Work with suppliers to negotiate best price, quality, and service
- Track market trends such as cost drivers, levers, and competitive situations
- Report metrics on vendor performance using vendor scorecards, and monitoring supplier continuous improvement
- Track commodity spending and process compliance
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of advanced buying experience
- 3 years of contract negotiations
- ERP/MRP experience
- Advanced Excel experience
