Provider Services Liaison

Extension is seeking a Provider Services Liaison for a part-time, contract-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Brookfield, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Provide support with health plan issues identified by physicians or clinic staff members
• Assist with accurate and timely claim payments and audits
• Maintain health plan contract summaries and update as needed
• Conduct provider credentialing queries 

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma + 2 years of experience working within provider office, hospital or healthcare insurance organization
• Strong customer service - excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with claims and credentialing process 

Salary Information

• Starting pay $16/hour
