Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Provide technical customer support to customers regarding product issues or concerns
  • Process warranty and spare parts orders 
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma + 3 years of customer service experience
  • Prior warranty or parts support experience is a plus!
  • MS Office + ERP experience a plus!
Salary Information
  • Starting pay: $20/hour
