Extension is seeking a Sr. Controls & Automation Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located near Delavan, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Support the plant’s electrical and controls projects.
  • Provide technical support to all operating and maintenance departments to help in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to PLC programs.
  • Improve productivity through efficiency gains, yield improvements, labor use and other rate improvements.
  • Develop, implement and monitor automation and control strategies and system architecture for facility.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • 4 plus years electrical engineering experience, specifically with controls
  • Capital project management experience.
Salary Information
  • $95,000 - $115,000 BOE
